General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Tuesday, June 23, reveal that Laura Collins (Genie Francis) will find out something that leaves her deeply disturbed.
Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will also work a beneficial angle while Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) surrenders something important, so let’s discuss all the action ahead.

Once Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) speaks with Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst), he’ll complain about Lulu Spencer’s (Alexa Havins Bruening) secrecy.

If Lulu had just come to Dante from the start, he’ll insist they wouldn’t be in this position.
Nevertheless, Dante will just have to make it work now that Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) is on the run with Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud).

“Nathan West” aka Cassius Faison (Ryan Paevey) supplied the address in Tortola, so Dante and Lulu will be headed there soon.

Before Lulu heads out with Dante, she’ll spill some shocking news to Laura.

Lulu will warn that Laura can’t tell anyone what she’s about to divulge and will presumably reveal that Rocco shot Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes).

After Lulu explains what went down on the pier and why Rocco fled with Britt, she may ask Laura to watch over Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke) while she’s off on this Rocco mission with Dante.

Over with Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen), she’ll continue to hide Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) while Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) explains why he’s turning down the chief of staff position that she offered.

Of course, it’s possible Willow could change Chase’s mind since GH spoilers say he’ll make a choice on Tuesday’s show.

However, those spoilers could also be talking about the choice Chase just made to stick with being a cop since it’s so important to him.

As for Brook Lynn, she owes Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) now that she’s steered the PCPD toward investigating Willow.

Lucy is more invested now, so she thinks it’s only fair for Brook Lynn to give her something of equal value in return.

Lucy may push for Brook Lynn’s Deception shares or something along those lines since we know a Deception control battle is brewing this summer.

Later, Brook Lynn will open up to Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson).

Although Brook Lynn may not go as far as spilling her plan to frame Willow, she may admit to Michael that she’s willing to do whatever it takes to protect her marriage.

During Ava Jerome’s (Maura West) meeting with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), he may view her as a secret weapon against Sidwell.

Sonny will argue that Sidwell’s desire for revenge will keep him around, but he may want Ava’s help getting revenge of his own.
