We should have known Willow wasn’t working alone, and on the February 26, 2026 episode of General Hospital, Sidwell made his role in Drew’s takedown crystal clear.

Sidwell’s Latest Plot
Sidwell’s (Carlo Rota) generosity is never one-sided. There’s always something he can gain, and his latest scheme in Port Charles was finally revealed. When he arrived at Willow’s (Katelyn MacMullen) to once again urge her to take Drew’s (Cameron Mathison) seat in Congress, he reminded her just how much damage he can do if she doesn’t obey.

The threat led Willow to comply and take over for her husband as a congresswoman. Meanwhile, when Sidwell popped into Drew’s room and noticed his SOS blinking, Sidwell assured him he knew Willow did this to him. After all, he was giving her the drugs to incapacitate him.

This reveal just secured Sidwell as Port Charles’ most dangerous villain, who has ties to the majority of the town. We can’t forget how he’s still blackmailing Laura (Genie Francis) and Sonny (Maurice Benard), held Anna (Finola Hughes) captive, and is the reason Maxie (Kirsten Storms) had a heart attack and fell into a coma.

While Willow arrived at Laura’s press conference to announce her decision to take Drew’s seat (inadvertently ousting her own lawyer), Sidwell graciously showed Drew the livestream of the event.

Now, Sidwell’s running the show for many Port Charles politicians, and will have the power to do anything…but so will Willow, who is teased to make a vow, according to General Hospital spoilers for February 27.
